Entratek offers the Power Dot Pro 2 and Power Dot Fix, modern wallboxes that can charge your vehicle using PV surplus from your solar system via an OCPP interface and our HEMS.

Preparation

To connect the wallbox, you must activate its OCPP backend. To set up the OCPP backend for the Power Dot Fix, you can find the instructions at: https://entratek.de/pages/downloads 

When you add the wallbox in our app, your individual OCPP URL will be displayed in the wallbox menu.

It will look something like this: ws://cleverpv-ocpp.azurewebsites.net/ocpp/123456

Use the URL we provided to fill out the form on the wallbox configuration page (page 11).

• OCPP Server Domain: cleverpv-ocpp.azurewebsites.net

• OCPP Server Port: 80

• OCPP Server URL: ocpp/123456

• OCPP Server Domain: cleverpv-ocpp.azurewebsites.net

• OCPP Identity: Serial number

• Security Profile: ws

The value 123456 in the OCPP server URL from the example above must be replaced with the characters from your specific URL.

To set up the OCPP backend for the Power Dot Pro 2, you can follow these instructions starting on page 16.

Starting on page 19, the instructions describe how to activate the OCPP connection. Select "Websocket" and copy the URL from our app into the designated field. Pay close attention to notes 1 and 2 in step 7 of the instructions.

• Protocol: ocpp 1.6

The input fields for Websocket User and Websocket Password should remain empty.

Integration

Once the connection to your wallbox is established, it will appear in the app in the dropdown menu under your OCPP URL.

You can now configure the remaining wallbox settings and save your wallbox.

⚠️ To receive the initial status from the wallbox, a charging session must be started.
