If your Easee displays "locked to one phase," this is completely normal.
When we set your wallbox to one phase via phase switching, this message may appear.
During manual charging, you can simply switch back to 3 phases in our app to charge with the maximum number of phases.
When switching back to 3 phases, this status will be updated accordingly.
